Medco Learning Centre (MLC) was established to equip Medco’s employees with knowledge and skills to enable them to excel in their jobs.

Set up in 2008, MLC started with organising a small-scale training aimed to improve the company’s secretaries’ skills. In the following year, MLC developed its curriculum and created several courses such as Induction Training, Project Management Training, and other soft skill courses. All MLC courses are practical and designed based on the needs of Medco Group subsidiaries.

Besides delivering high-quality training, MLC is providing consulting services handled by experts.
