Yani Panigoro has been appointed as the President Commissioners of PT Medco Intidinamika since 2020. She earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). After graduating, she started her career as a researcher at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI).
In 1994, she joined Medco, the company established by her brother, Arifin Panigoro. Her previous roles include managing Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) under PT. Sarana Jabar Ventura (SJV), directing the development of the Energy Building, and initiating the establishment of Swiss-Belinn Luwuk Hotel.
Outside business, she actively gives public lectures about entrepreneurship at several universities in Indonesia, such as Bandung Institute of Technology and Surabaya Institute of Technology.
Together with his brother, Arifin Panigoro, Dedi formed an engineering company which led to a leading national company named Medco.
Dedi’s passion for the hospitality industry motivated him to establish PT Martel, one of Medco subsidiaries that focused on hotel development. Under Martel, he executed hotel construction projects such as Grand Hotel Preanger Bandung, Bali Imperial Hotel, dan Novotel Bukitinggi. Since 2012, Dedi has joined Medco Intidinamika’s Board of Commissioners.
Dedi is a classical music enthusiast and had initiated various musical events in Indonesia. Currently, Dedi serves as the chairperson of non-profit music organizations such as Nusantara Symphony Orchestra, Musik Sastra Indonesia Foundation, and Jayakarta Nada Persada Foundation.
Yaser Raimi Panigoro has served as PT Medco Intidinamika Commissioner since 2013. He has worked in Medco for 19 years, having spent most of his career managing several Medco’s subsidiaries. Previous roles include deputy director of Medco Energi Mining International (2007 – 2010), Business Development Manager of PT Unitrada Komutama (2005 – 2007), and business development manager of Medco Musi Banyu Asin (2003 – 2005).
Raimi graduated from American Intercontinental University, majoring in information and technology, and has an MBA from Marymount University, USA.
